Management Reporter not connected in Dynamics SL 2011

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by 105

Management reporter is installed on the same box as dynamics sl 2011, new install.  However, the two are not linked.  In Dynamics, when I click on the "report designer" for management reporter, I get the "SYSTEM MESSAGE 9898":  The Application cannot be found (MR LOCATION>\Client\ReportDesigner.exe.

How do I configure this path in Dynamics?

    Hello,

Is Management Reporter installed on the local workstation, or are you trying to run Management Reporter from a UNC Path?

    Thanks,

    Microsoft

Neither, we are using remote app with remote licenses from the server.  Now, it work, but I don't see how to assign rights for specific users and am getting errors specific to 'you cannot access due to permissions'
