When using Customer Voice in Power Automate workflow, an admin must first gives a consent for the Customer Voice connection to be used in Power Automate. If you miss clicking the checkbox for an organization consent, then only you can use the Customer Voice connection.
When other (non-admin) users try to use the Customer Voice connection in PowerAutomate, the user may get a connection error.
To fix the connection error, an admin must update the connection and provide the organization consent with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Application from Azure Active Directory setting in Azure Admin portal (https://portal.azure.com)
2. Open CustomerVoiceFlowApp
3. Navigate to Permission setting for CustomerVoiceFlowApp
4. Click Grant admin consent for <your org name>
When you click the admin consent button (Step 4), a dialog box opens as follows:
Click accept to grant organization consent.
Note that the steps above only enables users in your organization to include Customer voice connection in the Power Automate, the user MUST have additional permission to access specific Customer Voice project and a separate access to Dataverse to access data used for the survey.
I am not seeing CustomerVoiceFlowApp in Azure AD Enterprise Application. And I am not global/cloud admin.
