Delete an unused entity from managed solution

Hello All,

I am tring to delete the unused entity from managed solution, i have tried to use to create a holding solution which is mentioned in the https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crmthinkdynamics/archive/2014/09/25/how-to-delete-an-old-component-from-your-managed-solution-in-crm-2011-2013

Then i got an error that This solution cannot be uninstalled because the LocalizedLabel with id XXX-XX(Workflow) is required by the Holding solution.

For this i have found some infomration to delete the id in the "LocalizedLabel" Table.

Is there any other workaround for this issue?

    Hi Abhilash,

    Check whether the respective entity has relationship with other entities, it may be the cause for the above error!!

    I think this problem is due to dependencies of that entity.

    Check is there any dependencies for the particular entity?

    if yes, delete the dependencies then only delete the entity.
