Hi,

we are facing this issue While terminating an employee;

Stack trace: Invalid range is specified in validTimeState. Date1 is greater than Date2.

Any idea? 

how to solve it

    I'm not sure, but after searching, the employment history end date is greater than the never end date which is 31-12-2154. I think only technicals could solve the issue

    Hi Nour,

    This is a valid time state table, ValidToDate is less than ValidFromDate, that's why you are facing this error.

    You need to debug to check the record issue
