    Hi Prashanth,

    Are you refering to the items in WorkPlace, Sales, marketing, etc.  You change the order by modifying a file called sitemap.xml.  Export this file via settings/customizations.  Then modify the order.  This is an xml file so experience with xml helps a bit.

    Hi Prashanth

    You can change the order of navBar items like exporting sitemap.xml from settings-customization-Export customization then open the sitemap.xml file and change the order as you wish. Save the file and import the file.

    <Group Id="SFA" Title="Customers">

      <SubArea Id="nav_conts" Entity="contact" DescriptionResourceId="Contact_SubArea_Description" />
      <SubArea Id="nav_accts" Entity="account" DescriptionResourceId="Account_SubArea_Description" />
      <SubArea Id="nav_leads" Entity="lead" DescriptionResourceId="Lead_SubArea_Description" />
      <SubArea Id="nav_invoices" Entity="invoice" DescriptionResourceId="Invoice_SubArea_Description">

    <Privilege Entity="invoice" Privilege="Read,Write" />
      </SubArea>
      </Group>

    Hi Prashanth,

    you can change the order via Settings - Customization - select the entity - select 1:N relationships.

    There is an attribute called "Display Order", with a default value of 10000. By using different values you can define the order of the data shown in the navbar items.

    Best regards

    Fred

    Another easy way to edit the navigation is using the CRM Demonstration Tools:
