Cant login to the Plugin Registration

I want to login to the plugin registration but it always fails

    Click show Advance option and it will show input to add credentials

    Check the option of Show Advance option.

    This is most likely due to authentication and TLS changes in Dynamics v9.

    Please make sure that you download the latest version of the Plugin Registration Tool from The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer Guide.

    Please get the latest plugin registration tool from https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.CrmSdk.XrmTooling.PluginRegistrationTool to resolve the issue.
