thank you all :)
Oliver's answer should allow you to get that information.
If for any reason you don't have access to admin portal, you can also get the portal url by going to Portals -> Web Site Bindings, and look at the value in the Site Name. This should be the Url of your of your Portal.
Hope this helps.
try to access this URL: https://port.crm4.dynamics.com/G/Applications/Index.aspx (you need to have admin privileges in Office 365)
this will redirect you to your CRM Admin Center.. if you can't access the URL, open https://portal.office.com and navigate to Admin --> then Admin Center --> Dynamics 365 --> in D365 Admin Center, click Applications you should be able to find your Portal application with the Status of "Configured"
Click manage and you will find information on your portal
Ok so i have a D365 online partner.
i have a CRM but i also install the self service costumer portal solution but i dont know how to acsses this portal by a user view i only get in the portal mange and edit stuff but cant get to the portal itself
hello Bar.. "Bar-CRM.crm4.dynamics.com" is actually your CRM URL not your Portals URL.. when you say "customer self service portal" we understand you provisioned a D365 Online Portals for Customer Service: docs.microsoft.com/.../provision-portal
is that the case? or are you only talking about CRM?
it didnt work lets see if i get it .
my current dynamic is
Bar-CRM.crm4.dynamics.com this is my portal that i work on and use.
to enter the portal i change it to
Bar-CRM.microsoftcrmportals.com?
or Bar-CRM.crm4.microsoftcrmportals.com?
i try this 2 combination but didnt work for me
you can share the same URL you are using to access the portal <your portal name>.microsoftcrmportals.com (this is the portal URL)
in the admin center you can also setup custom domain etc
