Hi Partners!

A client of mine would like to import consent details from MailChimp into CI-J. I downloaded the template from /Templates for Data Import/
I followed the format perfectly

I keep getting this error message below
The missing attribute is msdunmkt_contactpointconsenttype. I don't see this column anywhere on the Excel, or does that represent the channel? Where and how should I map it? It doesn't appear as a mapping option
It doesn't appear as a mapping option

Should I use a marketing list instead? If so, how?

Thanks
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

You can download the template directly from the Consent Center entity.
First, add a required field Reason to the view.

    Then export this template.

The Purpose field and Subject field are lookup fields that need to be populated with the GUID of the corresponding record.

    Then import.

This record was successfully imported into the Consent Center.

Thanks! I see I can't use "Commercial," I must use the guide of the value. Let me give that a try.

Hi! I got the same error back even after adding the No Reason Field and added in the guids for Purpose and Topic

Would you be available to jump on a teams call?
