Hello Team,

  • I had created my price list in USD for the product,

    When I try to add the quotation for a customer(Ongoing prospects) I get the error "The price list currency must match the currency for this record. Select a different price list for this record"

  • And I see the amount in Product Line Items is getting converted into INR(Indian Rupees) which is unexpected ,When I had defined product price in USD in Price list Entity shown in above image

    Can any one please help in knowing why by default Indian rupees currency mode are added to product Line items and how can I solving this

    Hi,

    I would assume its due to the base currency of your Dynamics 365. If no currency is selected, the base currency will be selected, in other words your default currency.

    If you want to add the USD products, you need to set the currency to USD, select the pricelist which has the products with the same currency (USD) and then add the products. 

    Judging from your pictures that you have posted, you have not selected the currency to USD
