In an intercompany transaction in SO when
When trying to post the packing slip , I am getting the following message
"Cannot edit a record in charges transactions(Markup Trans). An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record"

Is this happening for all IC packing slips? Have you retried the operation? If you continuously get this error, can you check if you have customizations which can cause this issue? If not, have you checked LCS issue search for a possible known issue?
If this all is not helping you out, you might be stuck caused by a bug. In that case, you can consider contacting Microsoft Support.
