Is there any way to show error or stop changing of Production Order status to finish if components with manual consumption are not consumed?

My customer is running into an issue, their users are able to change the status of production order to Finish even if all the components are not consumed. Most of the items are setup with automatic flushing but few serialized items are setup with manual flushing.

Is there any setup that can resolve this issue ?

It is not possible by default, because there are exist some production types without material consumption.

But, if you have this situation, you can make a small customization to prevent PO status changing.
