Does Outlook have to be open for GP to transmit emails with forms attachments of invoices and orders? My experience has been "Yes it does", but I've been told that the messages should be transmitted to the recipients with Outlook closed.
GP will create and "send" the message with Outlook closed during the forms printing process but I've always had to open Outlook at some point for the messages to actually leave the Outbox.
Is there a setting or configuration for GP that will fully transmit the message with document attachment when Outlook is not running?
