I have setup email in GP to send invoices and statements using exchange server. We use Office 365 with dual factor authentication so it prompts me for my application password when accessing in GP. I can send the invoice and it tells me it is "generating email" but I don't receive an email as a result (I have the customer's email set to my personal email account).
Is there any visibility into the status of emails sent? How can I find what is blocking my email?
Also, where do I send RM statements via email. The List View window does not show an email button like I see in my online searches. TIA
