I'm creating a customer self-service portal and have done minimal configuration to date. However, I was going to test how the registration process worked but every time I click the Register tab, I get the error below. I've restarted the portal, turned it off/on, with no luck. I don't see a registration page in my webpages section in the backend, so I'm not sure if I'm missing something? Unfortunately I can't seem to find any logs in Dynamics to give further clarity to the error. Has anyone see this behavior before? Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

Microsoft Support resolved this issue for me on Tuesday. The issue appeared after installing the latest upgrade available for the Customer Self-Service portal site.
The problem was that under Portals - Web Pages, either the Page Not Found web page or its localized content Page Not Found web page was not activated.
I installed the Custom Portal solution into Dynamics and switch the binding to Custom and now the Register tab works fine. Any thoughts as to why this would occur?
Unfortunately there's nothing there in the process session for the Sign Up Email process. I've checked the others as well and there's nothing.
I also tried the send invitation workflow...I got the invitation email, clicked the link, it took me to the Redeem Code page with the code pasted in, when I hit Redeem, it's gives me the same error as when trying to register.

When you open the ADX Signup Email workflow and check the process sessions.
Can you find any errors there? Otherwise do also check other workflows for errors.

Unfortunately I don't see anything that stands out. Is there a specific workflow/process I should be looking for?
Please check the workflows (processes) that come with the Portal solution.
They might fail and require some modification. Check the process sessions / systems jobs of those workflows.
