    My suspicion is that your OPOS drivers are not setup correctly.  If you have a Epson printer and access to CustomerSource, follow the instructions here; http://tinyurl.com/3knm38e

    If you are using anything else, unless you have some overriding need, install the Windows driver for the printer available from the printer manufacturer's website.

    We sell Star Micronics printers and never use the OPOS driver.  The only good thing the OPOS driver does is control the cash drawer, but we fix that by using a USB drawer,  You have many limitations with OPOS and printing.

    I am also having the same problem.  I can print the test page through windows, but it will not print receipts on transaction nor journal view.  

    I am using OPOS drivers for the printer.  It was working previously, but when I restarted the computer this morning I received this error.

    We are a single register running everything from the same computer.  No template works...same error.

    Is this happening on all receipts?  On Multiple registers?  Have you tried a different receipt template?  What happens when you try reprinting receipts?  Are you using Windows or OPOS drivers for the printer?  Also any additional information you can provide will help us troubleshoot your problem.  Currently there is not enough information to go on.
