Hi,
I have a CRM environment 9.1 Currently ,Merge button on Contact and Account entity is not been seen in Tablet and phone. FYI, the merge button is visible on web Unified interface.
Please see the screenshot of contact entity on phone where merge option is unavailable:
Do we need to enable any setting to display merge button on phone and tablets?

I also tried in IOS app and there is no merge button whatever I selected some of records or only seleced one record.
It should be by design. You could raise an idea to Microsoft about this method.
