Automatically purchase order based on a check box in D365Fo

Hi all,

I will add one check box in purchase Requisition Header.

below image.

When i click check box set as "yes" in the header 

Then only create automatically purchase order., so that how to do ?

Could you please give me some example for that.

    Hi,

    Please Go to Procurement and sourcing/Setup/policies/Purchasing policies/ under the section policy rules, you will find "Purchase order creation and demand consolidation rule" By selecting the effective date, you will be able to get the form as mentioned above.
