I have a question, so we have some accounts which have no email address, so D365 prints the customer statement automatically, I don't want the system to print them out at all, where do I need to go in all customers to disable it

Hello,

There are several ways, but the quickest is: set the account statement frequency to Never for these clients.

Then when you print your account statement, insert a filter to exclude these client base on this field:
