logo print on sales receipt using OPOS driver :ax r3

Dear all,

on receipt print i am not getting logo. i am using the OPOS driver and i did all the standard functionality setup

1. in the receipt design i choose logo option and select the image in that selected logo 

2 . Image property is BMP only

but logo is not coming on receipt, is any other setup should i need to do.
