Business portal Order management and multiple sites.

We are using Business Portal 5.1 and have a number of sites from which we sell inventory. We also have sale reps assigned to the sites. Is there any way that I can have business portal create a order from the site assigned to the sales rep that is logged in?

Business portal Order management required a site be defined at the time of setup, but given that each sales rep has a unique site (which is defined in GP and duplicated as Departements with in Catalog Maintenance), this option does not work.
