All Change Tracking Wiped out on Data Entity Export

Has anyone experienced an issue where all the change tracking for all our incremental pushes disappeared and was reset. This created havoc on SQL performance is it defaulted to full push which caused a huge load of delete statements. We noticed this occurred after an upgrade from 10.0.31 to 10.0.34. Once we turned on the change tracking for the incremental entities, everything started working again.
