non recoverable invoices?

Hello, 

We have invoices that are not recoverable. Is there a way the system can calculate a VATmemo amount and also a way to report on VATMemo amounts? I.e, £120.00 invoice breakdown: 

120 going to AP control account

-120 going to the purchase control 

-20 VATMemo
