Get list of cases associated with an entitlement

Hi,

I need to check what cases are associated with any entitlement. 

The idea is to send a notification just a week advance when the entitlement is about to expire if it is associated with any case.

    Hi Partner,

    The entitlement and case are 1:N relationship, so you can use power automate to create a schedule flow to check all entitlements every day.

    1.Go Power Automate(https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/ )

    2.List Rows--get entitlements you need:

    Filter rows: filter entitlements that will expire in the next week.

    startOfDay(addDays(utcNow(),7))
    startOfDay(utcNow())

    Fetch Xml Query: filter entitlements with associated cases.

    3.List Rows--get associated cases:

    4.Then you can send email as notification or create In-App Notifications:
