I need to check what cases are associated with any entitlement.
The idea is to send a notification just a week advance when the entitlement is about to expire if it is associated with any case.

The entitlement and case are 1:N relationship, so you can use power automate to create a schedule flow to check all entitlements every day.
1.Go Power Automate(https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/ )
2.List Rows--get entitlements you need:
Filter rows: filter entitlements that will expire in the next week.
Fetch Xml Query: filter entitlements with associated cases.
