Hi,
 
One of our consultants have just been informed that their customer has been created with evaluation companies in their production environment.  See below example.
 
 
Does anyone know of a way to turn this flag off as the customer is going live in 2 weeks and they don't want to create a new company to import the data again in case something is missed.
 
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    You can use this data editor app to open the table and turn off the evaluation boolean - Table Data Editor 2.0 (vld-nav.com)
     
    There is also another boolean in the company information page that needs to be turned off as well. Otherwise, you can simply copy the company into a new company, but the problem with that is that the name will have to be different.

    are those cronus companies testing companies? If so, could you just delete them? Not sure why they might affect the go alive.

    • Copy the company
    • give it a new name
    • delete the evaluation company
    • rename the company as you wish
