A failure occurred in Wep Api in Dynamics 365 : Error code: 0x8006088a

User when trying to add product to sales order in Dynamics 365 Sales receives a pop up stating there was an error.  Several users are configured exactly like her account, but they do not have this issue.
 
It does not occur all the time.  We have had three instances in the last three weeks.  The fix has been for someone else to open the order and attempt to add a product to the order.  Do not have to save it, just specify a product and when screen populates, cancel out.  Afterwards, the user having the issue not long has an issue.
 
I have searched for this particular error but not finding anything definitive on what would be causing this intermittently for a single user.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
