I have a campaign and a marketing list allocated to it with 6,000 contacts.
My query to create the marketing list is:
I create the campaign email activity with the marketing list named.
I click on the Distribute Campaign Activity. Yet no emails are sent at all...?

Are you working on-premise? If so have you tried to activate CRM tracing to receive possible errors?

- Can confirm that contacts are set to Allow for Do Not Bulk Emails
- Mailbox for user tested and enabled correctly
It seems that no email activities are being generated at all for this campaign activity. I have no custom workflows that should interfere.
An email earlier today was successfully sent out using the same mailbox (1st newsletter sent out of dynamics), however the marketing list members were filtered different to what I am trying to do now.
Any additional ideas?
Possible issues:
- contacts set to do not bulkmail
- sending FROM mailbox not set to allow email (approve email or test and enable mailbox)
Are email activities being generated and do they stay in status pending sent, or are no email activities generated for the campaign activity at all?
Do you have any workflows that could interfere or do you have workflow errors?
