Customers: identify key accounts

Dear AX users,

I'm wondering if there's any standardized way in AX 2012 to identify a VIP customer / key account. What I'm looking for is a field where I can filter through the list of VIPs and select a value.

This field would be used for statistics.

As for the fields we're already using, there's customer group (to identify internal/external customers), classification group, sales district.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Best regards,

Nelly

    Hi NellyG,

If you already use all of the available fields, such as classification group, etc. for other purposes then you can think about creating a new custom field.

Please talk to your system admins and development team members.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
