Problem while sharing record in MS Dynamics CRM

The CRM Admin share an Opportunity record to a Test user by giving read only privilege, but the issue is that, in the shared Opportunity form only one field(Est. Revenue) having all privileges rather than read only privilege, can you advice any solution for this issue

Maybe a field security permission overwrites your sharing priviledge:
