Hello, 

Does anyone know where and how to change the update recurrence of a workspace tile? 

I am looking to put this immediate.

    Hi Veronika,

    You can go to the form System Administration > Setup > Data cache > Tile data cache configuration. You can change values for the tiles on this form.

    If you need to update the tiles on opening the workspace and then have the 10 minutes frequency, you can also enforce the refresh by coding: 

    Force automatically the update of Tile count in workspace - Dynamics 365 Finance Forum Community Forum
