Hello all,

Since last week I am unable to access a Dynamics 365 model driven app with my account as system administrator (and Power Platform admin), I got this problem on every apps

Please see the shown error report below :

And in the dev console I can find this message :

This error only appends in the Production type environment,

Other info :

Dataverse version : 9.2.25013.172
All Dynamics 365 apps are up to date

Hey!

This seems to be an issue with a plugin trying to be registered on load. Can you test:
- Loading in an incognito/inPrivate browsing session? to discard cache issues.
- try accessing a default app

I'm already on incognito mode, and every other model driven app produces the same result
