I'm setting up a practice register, to use to demo to potential clients, and am running into an issue I don't know how to get past.
First a little background, we have a few customization's to RMS with some of our clients. We didn't make these customization's, but we try to support them now.
One customization requires a text field, in the customers window, to be enabled, and set to store customers license numbers.
On the demo registers database, I don't know how to enable this text feild.
Below is a screen shot of the feilds I need to enable.
Currently, on the demo register, everything is greyed out.
My question is, how do I enable these fields?

In store ops manager, go to file, config. Then in bottom left, click captions.
Thats where you set those custom fields
