Microsoft Forms and Customer Voice Dependency?

Recently (5/31) there was a Microsoft Forms outage and as a result Dynamics 365 Customer Voice was not working either. What is the dependency between the two services?

    Microsoft Forms Pro is rebranded as Dynamics 365 Customer Voice.
