GP 9 to GP2010 Upgrade errors, Partnersource is down. GL4000 doesn't exist?

We did a full test upgrade a few weeks ago and didn't run into any errors, but today our upgrade has stopped on company 6 of 11. The error messages we're getting is that table GL4000 doesn't exist and that SY02300 already exists. Unfortunately Partnersource is down today :( Any help would be great!!

Before this error we had another one that said the "stored procedure GrantAllToTableZDPs of form duSQL Pass Through SQL returned the following results DBMS: 9002, Microsoft Dynamics GP 0"

It might be a problem with assigning permissions on database objects to DYNGRP role, try to run grant script under Dynamics GP Folder\SQL\Util\Grant.sql.

This will grant permissions on all the needed objects to DYNGRP role which holds Dynamics GP users.
