Dexterity Runtime error at start up GP 10

When opening GP 10 I get a Dexterity Runtime window popup on 2 workstations, then use File Open select set file "Dynamics" then GP 10 will open, and users can log in. I have replace the file, the GP folder and removed and reinstalled, made users local admins, also the two users can log in and open GP 10 on other workstations. I haven't found any answers yet I hope this is the correct forum.

Thanks in advance for any assistance,

Does the system get to the user login screen or the company selection screen?  Just trying to understand how far the application is getting.

This happens when launching the program, after I select the set file I get the user logon.

    Try renaming the Addins folder.

I have sometimes had errors caused by the dlls in the Addins folder.  The problem went away after rebooting my system.
