Try disabling quick create on the entities you want removed from that menu. Unless you need quick create elsewhere. You can do this within Settings -> Customizations ->Customize the System -> Expand Entities -> Select the Entity(Invoice etc.) you want removed and scroll down and uncheck "Allow Quick Create"
