How Many Columns Can be returned in Global Search

Hi,

I'm configuring our Global Search criteria and results. I know that only 3 columns can be returned and displayed for entities in Global Search and I've chosen the columns I want returned in the Quick find view, using the View Columns. However someone has said that 4 columns can be returned for a Case. I've tried it, but can't get it to return 4, only 3. Does anyone know if this is true and if so, how you enabled 4 columns for a Case?

Yes for display it will show 3 columns.

Thanks for the quick reply. I know you can add more than 3 columns to the Quick Find View, however from what I can read it will only return the first 3 columns in the Global Search Results.

You can configure more than 3 columns. Pls refer here.
