Purchase Requisition Error Message: Unhandled script exception: llegal address for field 'Voucher Number' in script '[Not Found]'. Script terminated.

We've been running GP 2016R2 for about 3 months now after upgrading from GP2010 SP4. When using the Purchase Requisition Transactions List window, we received the following message:

unhandled script exception: llegal address for field 'Voucher Number' in script '[Not Found]'. Script terminated.

Any ideas on how to resolve this message?

This does look like a product trying to access a field it can't, and particularly suspicious as its from nav list where the developer may not have considered that access route.

Try looking through the extra products you have installed, disabling them one by one to see if that identifies which is causing the error.

Customisation status under tools customisation might help.

I highly doubt it. We use Accountable Software's Forms Printer, mc2 AIT product - not enabled for Purchasing, and DynamicZip, which is also not enabled for Purchasing.

The error message happens on any workstation or user. We've already deleted temp files, etc. Any other ideas?

Is this happening on all PC's or on particular workstation? If on particular PC, try to Log out from GP and try to delete the temp files from workstation and retry.
