Is this revenue account part of your account structures?
Is your sales order probably related to an intercompany transaction and if this is the case, is the intercompany configuration of your accounts complete?

Apologies Mr Ramit and Andre and Dr Ludwig, I am quite new to D365 F&O and was more-or-less thrown into the deep end without a formal beginner's tutorial and therefore don't understand a lot of these terms I'm seeing here:
- Posting setup for revenue in sales order
- customer group
- CoA
- account structures
- intercompany transaction and configuration
- ledger account for the posting profile
May I know where to find them and what to do with them?
