Web service not invoking Email header/footer

I am currently importing emails from MS dynamics using a web service[.NET] into my in-house developed CRM.  I'm unable to retain the original header when they import this using their Web Service. Please guide me the procedure to import all mail from dynamic crm to another crm through web service
