Business Card Capture that will import right into Dynamics CRM

Does anyone know of a phone app that can be used to capture business cards and then synch them directly to Dynamics CRM? I recently downloaded goCard but all I get is failure notifications when trying to synch to CRM.

Hi Amanda,

I use an app called ScanBizCards (iPhone/Android). It does a good job of scanning the cards into my Contacts on the device. As long as you sync your contacts with Outlook, they will then show up in Dynamics CRM.

So the process is:

Scan the card

Which creates a contact in the device

Which syncs the contact to Outlook

Outlook will sync the contact to CRM

To check this setting, go to Outlook>File>CRM Synchronize>Filters
