Hello experts,

When a service item gets created when a sales order is shipped, does it copy the customer bill-to address and ship-to address? What information gets created? Does the warranty take into account the item tracking on the item card?

Service Items

Yes, the Address will be copied from the customer's card.

And warranty start date from the item tracking line.

End date based on warranty formula entered on Item Tracking code of item or from service management setup.
