Is there a common easy way for someone to accidentally deleted notes in GP? I have an issue with random companies cards missing notes from time to time and I don't think it's anyone doing it on purpose. DQFanSurvey Feedback

I'd agree with what they say,
Check the production company database(s) are not being restored into a test company, if they are check notes indexes are being looked after correctly.
...user training.
