Dynamics GP Smartlist - Accounts Receivable

Good Day,

I created a smartlist for our company for my Accounts Receivable dept in Dynamics GP. We run a trial balance/detailed aging report monthly and print to PDF. However this smartlist allows us to break down customer our balances, avoiding certain customer IDs or sections of the AR, with both negative amts and positive amounts for clearing, overpymt, and write off purposes.

On my smartlist I have 30-60/60-90+ buckets, showing all accounts with customer balances not equal to 0 zero, both negative and positive customer balances.

However I am running into an issue figuring out how to better create the smartlist to avoid all customer accounts with both open orders or open and partialed (partially shipped) orders. So any accounts/customer balances where the Documents/INV are not fully posted to historical.Essentially so we can see most accounts that need attention.

I know there will be accounts that are messed up that have partially shipped orders, but it will make a list of 7k easier to go through if we know which ones to view.

Thanks for any and all help!

    Hi

My suggestion is try to post in GP community community.dynamics.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-gp-forum

I am sure here in BC community some people know GP enough to answer your question but you have a better chance in GP community.
