how to configure locaiton directive so that Hazardous material always goes in Dangerous Goods Zone

In our warehouse we have a dangerous goods zone. I am trying to understand how do I configure the location directive that it always suggests a put location from dagnerous goods zone locations for the hazardous items and for rest of the items it should always suggest put location from the bulk locations.
 
Can anyone please advise?
