Extracting Date form DateTime data type

Hello everyone,

I have a custom field with datatype 'Date'. I have also used this field in reporting. The issue that I am facing is that when I'm previewing the report, time is also being displayed along with the Date. I just want the date to be printed. Below are the images of the word layout and document that was previewed. Kindly help.

Hi,

Right click on Date field > Text Box Properties and choose what format you want

Hi, This looks like a Word Layout, as far as I know it is difficult to modify the date format in Word Layout.

So you can convert to the format you need, and output it on the page.

It is not working as it is word layout and not RDLC layout. But thanks for the answer.
