We have a specific sales order that we are trying to post. It errors out with

Amount must be positive in Gen. Journal Line Journal Template Name='',Journal Batch Name='',Line No.='0'.

There is no Journal Template name or Batch Name in the error. This makes it challenging to determine where I should be looking for a solution to the error.

Any thoughts why this sales order is creating this posting error?

This is a bit strange, is there any customization included in this environment?

If it is very difficult to find the problem, it is recommended to debug it in the Sandbox.
