Copy as Campaign Feature is not working

Hi Guys

Please note that whenever i use 'Copy as Campaign' feature , it just creating a campaign, but it doesnt copy the members in it. I have been told that this is a standard functionality and it is supposed to copy the members as well. Can someone please confirm this?

Also the client have asked me to create a workflow where you can copy all the members from one campaign to another. Can some one please help me in creating this?

    Hi Aisha1985,

    I'm afraid the “Copy as Campaign” button doesn't copy members, and the workflow doesn't do that either.

    If you absolutely need this functionality, you can try using the “Ribbon Workbench” to custom button:

    Can you please tell will i be able to create that custom button with Ribbon workbench, if i dont know any coding?

    Hi Aisha1985,

    The Ribbon workbench is not Microsoft's official software. It can change the button function by replacing Microsoft's front-end code with own code. However, there is still a considerable part of the code that is not open to the public and cannot be modified.

    It can add a custom button: https://www.cloudfronts.com/blog/d365-enterprise/adding-a-button-on-ribbon-and-on-click-opens-quick-create-form-using-ribbon-workbench-in-xrm-toolbox/

    But I can't find the code can implement your function. Perhaps the function can't succeed, especially if you don't know the code.
