How to become Dynamics 365 Business Cetral partner?

Hello,

I would like to ask for advice. We have a customer for whom we provide different (not MS products) solutions and their Dynamics 365 vendor will not longer support them so there is an opportunity for our company to step in. I would like to ask how to become Dynamics 365 Business Central partner? Please, if someone could help me with below listed questions?

-what are the prerequisites to become a partner (are there any mandatory trainings, certificates, licenses? How much does it cost?)

-subscription plan: monthly or annual payments?

-marketing costs, is there any documentation available?

-we would like to sell, administrate and modify the product
