2,046Process Manufacturing company using GP BOM Inventory SOP POP. The equipment start up and shut down costs are such that there are minimum production runs that have to be done to make items profitable to build.
I have thought that I could set the price set up have 1 to minimum order quantity have a selling price of $9999.99 per each foot or whatever. This would immediately tell the order entry clerk that the minimum has not been met.
however;
Is there a way to set an inventory item to have a minimum order quantity that applies to customers?
Ideally as an order is entered a pop up that says does not meet minimum order for this item number.
