How to set business unit wise work order show to the user

Hi all,

One of our projects has 5 Business units assigned to each user. We want that when the user opens the work order entity, only work orders specific to that business unit should be visible. But in our case, all the work orders are visible.

    What is the security role assigned to the user? The Field Service - Resource should give to the BU only.

    As per you suggestion I give the only Field Service - Resource security role but it's not working.

    Did you assign the user the the child BU? Make sure you don't have any security role assign to the same team that user belongs.

    No Slandered role assign and Yes i have parent Business unit in one or more child business unit but some of business unit working find and some of give all data in work order.

    Hi Jacky,

    Please check the following -

    - If the security role of the user has setup either BU/Parent child BU for WO.

    - The default team does not have other security roles.

    Hi Jacky,

    If the security role assigned to the user has the Parent-Child BU level access to WO then it will not show the WO from other BU. Please make sure any role is not assigned to the default team.
